Poem 3

I've learned not to ask the questions
When I don't want the answers;
Curiosity is such a danger.
The world's a scary place
(But your heart is scarier).

To Ignore the music that makes
Me feel, or think, too much.
Don't touch that fence
(That's too close to trust).

To hide the fear in my eyes,
When in yours I see too much.
Stand tall, be brave (in the
Face of a painted
Paper flame).

Discribe color to a blind man,
And tell me if we can
Ever move (from
Our sinking sand).

  1. Good, good. I would like to see a poem based off of your third stanza. It seems to be the one with the most emotion here.
